My experience at Thilaka City was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, especially the receptionist, made us feel completely at home. The menu featured a wonderful selection of dishes, each prepared with fresh, top-notch ingredients. Every bite was a treat, and I'm eager to return to Thilaka City to try more of their tasty offerings. Thank you, and I highly recommend it!

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. The receptionist greets you with a smile every time. The location is convenient, providing easy access to Anuradhapura city. The food is both timely and delicious. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement as it takes a while to cool down. The room and bathroom are clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place! ♥️♥️

This hotel offers excellent value. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop swimming pool is a nice touch. Although the rooms are quite basic, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful stay here!

This hotel in Anuradhapura offers excellent value. The decor is lovely, filled with various plants, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We particularly appreciated the refreshing pool. Our family room was spacious, featuring two double beds and a private bathroom, all for 50 USD per night. The location is perfect for visiting the temples. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

The Thilaka Hotel shows promise—its location is handy, and the overall setup is decent. However, our stay was significantly marred by the poor state of our room. The air conditioning was leaking throughout the night, and water dripped from the ceiling, soaking one of the beds and rendering it unusable. Luckily, there was a second bed available, but such problems are simply unacceptable. At checkout, there was no offer of compensation, despite the clear issues. It’s a shame, as the hotel has the potential to be a fantastic spot, but the lack of adequate service and customer attention left us quite disappointed.

The hotel doesn’t quite match the stylish, modern look shown in the photos. It now has a somewhat worn-down vibe, with rooms that require updates. On the bright side, the staff are all very friendly. However, during our three-night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned or serviced at all. Breakfast was decent, and they offer a Sri Lankan curry for dinner, but that’s about it for dinner options. Overall, we had a decent stay, but the Thilaka City Hotel fell short of our expectations.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was sufficient! The prices are affordable, which is a key factor for students seeking a bit of comfort during their travels. However, we faced some issues: when it rained, water leaked into our room (even on the bed), and they refused to provide us with another room. Additionally, water dripped from the AC all night, despite us informing them about it earlier. I won’t even mention the shower... On the plus side, the room itself was nice and the location with the swimming pool was a benefit, but the service and these problems made for a disappointing experience for our one night of comfort since the beginning of our trip.

This is a pleasant place with tidy rooms and friendly staff. The swimming pool is also clean and well-maintained. The toilet and separate bathroom are very clean, with no bad odors. It's conveniently located not far from the center. I highly recommend it.
