I spent two nights and three days here. The highlights were definitely the rooms; they are quite spacious and generally well-kept. The exterior is also appealing, featuring two pools and a private beach. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

I've stayed at many hotels with a warmer welcome. The staff could benefit from a cultural training workshop to improve their understanding of hospitality. For instance, when we went to the pool, we couldn't get a pool towel, which was disappointing.
