Delayed appointment and uncomfortable wait

We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Thalgaspitiya. Although we were asked to arrive at 3:30, the doctor didn't show up until 4:00. Additionally, the staff didn't turn on the AC until the doctor arrived, which made for an uncomfortable wait.

SUWA SEWANA doesn't hold a candle to Government Hospital. I wouldn't even classify it as a hospital; it's more like a medical center. The staff, in particular, were a complete disaster.

If you're unhappy, consider visiting another branch of Suwa Sewana located near General Hospital, Methsiri Sewana, and Damro showroom. Sometimes, consultants may run late due to their busy schedules, so patience is key until it's your turn. The best part is they provide good service at a reasonable price. However, don’t expect the luxury experience of a high-end Colombo hospital for a low cost. So, please refrain from leaving negative comments without fully understanding the situation. 😊

When we asked the staff about the delays, they promised to call the doctor, but they didn’t even pick up the phone. It’s a small place, making it an unpleasant environment to wait for two hours.
