Disappointing experience overall
The establishment is fairly clean and organized, but my first and last visit left much to be desired. I went in the morning, and while there were three therapists available, I wasn’t given a choice. Instead, a young and inexperienced therapist was assigned to me, which resulted in a subpar experience. The sauna was only semi-functional, with noticeable heat leaks, and it was located in a separate room that was occupied by two men, which I found surprising. Additionally, there were outside service staff on-site when I needed to leave, which was also unexpected. At the end of my session, the manager approached me specifically to mention that a tip was required for the therapist, which felt awkward since I intended to tip anyway. In summary, my expectations were not met. The service lacked quality and customer friendliness, and I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth.
