The quality of the products is outstanding! She put together a stunning collection of earrings with a beautiful multi-colored gem set chain. I also recently got a tennis necklace! Disappointing Pricing Experience
The items are lovely, but the service left much to be desired. I selected a pair of earrings for my daughter, and the sales associate quoted me a price of 10,800/-. I agreed and continued browsing. However, when I reached the counter and presented my card, she informed me that due to a system change the previous night, the price had increased to 14,800/-. While it’s only a 4K difference, it’s the principle that matters. The owner refused to honor the displayed and verbally agreed price, claiming that the system wouldn’t permit it. Very disappointing.
