I have never encountered a worse courier service than Pronto Lanka Private Limited. I am completely let down by their service. If you're considering using them, I strongly recommend finding another courier service instead.

The courier service in Sri Lanka, particularly the Negombo branch, is the worst I've encountered. A customer sent a parcel through them, and they accepted payment only to hand it over to another company called Solex Enterprises. The customer service is abysmal, with no one willing to take responsibility. The staff isn't even present, claiming they will arrive, yet we've been waiting for a long time. This is truly the worst courier service.

This is the worst courier service I’ve encountered. I strongly advise against using them. Their customer care is lacking, and the delivery speed is very slow. You’d be better off choosing Prompt Express for your delivery needs. Thank you.

This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. There's absolutely no reliability. My package was taken from the merchant and sat in their branch for four days without any delivery attempt. I had to make a call just to check on it, and even then, they couldn't guarantee when it would be delivered. I ended up having to drive to their branch to pick it up myself. It's baffling how a delivery company can fail so miserably at its core job. I can't understand why they don't just do their work, which is to deliver packages. To make matters worse, the package arrived damaged. When I inquired about how it happened, they casually mentioned that they just tossed it in the back of a lorry with all the other parcels. At least the guy who told me that was honest. I do not recommend this service at all; they show zero professionalism.

Very unreliable. The customer service here is incredibly lacking; they provided me with incorrect information and couldn't even connect my call to the appropriate branch in Negombo. It feels like no one takes responsibility. My package was never picked up despite making several costly calls. Additionally, my online inquiry went unanswered. I've learned my lesson: avoid using Pronto.
