It incorporates various Asian and Thai techniques, focusing on specific areas of tension based on your body’s needs (my wife and I have similar yet distinct preferences for targeting spots). This place is definitely the best choice!

This is an amazing spot to unwind! I had a deep tissue massage with therapist Lakshmi, and she was truly excellent at what she does! Highly recommended.

We've traveled to 17 countries, and this is the first massage parlor that requested payment upfront. Instead of displaying their prices on the maps, they featured viral betting sites, and charged us 33,000 rubles for two massages, which is more than what we paid for our 5-star hotel. We expected an excellent massage for that price, but it turned out to be the worst one I've ever had. For the first time, my legs ached after just 5 minutes because they were massaging my bones instead of my muscles. Eventually, we asked for only 30 minutes instead of the full hour and requested a refund for the difference. The receptionist insisted that we had to pay again to get the refund. I was furious and considered calling the tourist police. Fortunately, a manager eventually arrived and processed the refund. This was the worst experience I've had in all of Sri Lanka. I advise tourists to steer clear of this place; they're scammers.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nija Wellness today. My therapist, Priyanka, was incredibly professional, and her skills and techniques were just wonderful! I highly recommend her. This was the worst spa experience I've had anywhere in the world. The front desk recommended a luxury facial that was supposed to include a light treatment and last for 90 minutes. However, the actual treatment only lasted 60 minutes and there was no light treatment involved. I used some vouchers I received as a gift from my husband. After the treatment, I approached the front desk to express my concerns about not receiving the full 90 minutes and the absence of the light treatment. They checked with the therapist, who apologized for mistakenly giving me a classic treatment instead of the luxury one I had requested. Since there was a price difference between the two treatments, I asked for a refund, but they declined. Instead, they offered me another day to come in for a 60-minute treatment, which I would have to pay for, but they promised an extra 30 minutes. I requested something in writing, and they said they would resolve the issue in 10 minutes. When they returned, they claimed that the luxury treatment is actually only 60 minutes and that the menu was incorrect. When I inquired about the light treatment, the staff member simply shrugged and said nothing. It felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake. Frustrated, I left after telling them how terrible my experience had been. Additionally, the 30-minute body scrub I had requested was poorly executed and not up to the standards I'd expect from a spa at the Cinnamon Grand. I cannot recommend this place at all due to their very poor service and products.
