I contacted Ridaawan at Navigeto Travels Pvt Ltd during a tough situation. My prior booking to China was suddenly thrown off due to Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia's confusing transit visa policy. When I reached out to Mr. Ridaawan, he made numerous efforts to find me the best deal possible, despite the challenging circumstances—many flights were being snatched up quickly due to the Canton Fair. Even with these hurdles, he demonstrated a real commitment to assisting me and succeeded in securing a reasonably priced, flexible, and refundable ticket (just to be safe). He also ensured I wouldn’t require any special visa to travel, which ultimately gave me peace of mind.
