Fantastic Honeymoon Experience at JW Marriot
Our honeymoon at JW Marriot Resorts & Spa Maldives was truly incredible! We worked with Shafran from MTD from the very start, and he was incredibly supportive and eager to assist. He patiently presented various options for our stay in the Maldives and addressed all my questions until we made our final choice. Shafran was adaptable and helped us secure the best deal available—no matter what offers I found elsewhere, he either matched or improved upon them. There was no pressure for quick payments or any aggressive sales tactics; we received thorough information and ample time to make our decisions. Exceptional service and great food
Navigating the many resorts in the Maldives can be tricky, so I decided to enlist the help of an agency. Sahla was quick to respond to my inquiry through WhatsApp. After understanding my preferences, she provided a list of suitable resorts along with detailed information and pricing packages. She also assisted in choosing the right resort and included several complimentary benefits for our anniversary. To alleviate my concerns about booking through an agency, she confirmed our reservation with a confirmation number from the resort before we made any payments. You & Me Maldives met all my expectations. With six restaurants to choose from, we were truly spoiled for dining options. The service was exceptional and felt very personal. The arrangements for seaplane and airport transfers were seamless. Although we experienced some delays with the seaplane, it was definitely worth it in the end!

Disappointing anniversary trip experience
I had a terrible experience booking a trip to the Maldives with this company. Although I paid for an all-inclusive plan, the resort wasn't informed, leading to delays at check-in. Because the resort didn't offer all-inclusive from the start, the mini bar wasn't stocked properly. The worst part was that this was a special trip for our 10th anniversary, and I had repeatedly asked the agent to arrange some decorations for the occasion. To my disappointment, that was overlooked too. To top it off, the agent, Sahla, became unresponsive on my important day, completely ruining what should have been a memorable experience.
