I received excellent and friendly service. I needed the glass on my iPhone replaced, and they took care of it while I waited. The staff was super professional and efficient—I'd definitely recommend them.

I experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen. When I inquired about an original battery for a Huawei portable WiFi, I was told to wait. A few minutes later, a different man brought out a battery that was clearly not original and from another shop. He insisted I had to buy it since he had already spent money on it. I would advise against visiting this shop. They also sell phones and accessories sourced from another store in the same building. Don't waste your money here; the service is terrible and the reviews are misleading.

I experienced the worst customer service ever. I brought in my iPhone for a battery replacement, but after the replacement, my phone wouldn’t turn on. The staff claimed it was a fault with the phone itself. However, I took it to another mobile shop in Colombo, where they informed me that the board had been damaged during the battery replacement process. They also said the battery wasn’t original and had been sourced from Pettah. When I presented these facts to the staff, they refused to acknowledge them. Arguing with them was pointless, as they remained unyielding. We realized they wouldn't agree with us, so we decided to teach them a lesson by never returning. Additionally, I found out they sell phones sourced from another shop in the same building. Don't waste your money here; this is the worst mobile shop I’ve ever encountered.

We needed to fix a broken iPhone 7 camera lens, and they completed the repair in just 20 minutes for a great price of 1250 LKR. While their English skills weren't perfect, the staff were quite friendly. The shop is situated on the top floor of a small mall, which is hardly impressive.
