Exceptional Travel Support from Mai Globe
In March 2026, we had the pleasure of working with Rebecca, a German-speaking staff member at Mai Globe, who provided us with amazing assistance from the planning stages right up until our departure. She catered to our hotel preferences, customized our trip within our budget, and was always on hand if we needed to ask questions or make changes to the itinerary. We arranged for 16 nights across 6 different hotels, all fitting within our financial plan. When the conflict in the Middle East required us to extend our stay by 2 nights, Rebecca was incredibly accommodating in helping us rebook our flight, and we sincerely appreciate her efforts. Our driver, Srimal, was fantastic, navigating roughly 800 km from Colombo through challenging traffic. He was consistently punctual, dependable, and exceptionally friendly. From the very first kilometer, we felt safe and secure with him. Srimal's knowledge and expertise shone through as he guided us through the Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Tooth) in Kandy, sharing unique stories that you won’t find in any guidebook. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for us, and we're now considering having Mai Globe organize our next holiday in Vietnam as well.
