Disappointed by deceptive sales practice
I recently bought a pair of DKNY spectacles from this store for LKR 54,900, expecting genuine quality. However, when I examined the frame, I found it labeled "Sample – Not for Sale." This is incredibly disappointing and unethical. Customers who pay a premium price deserve legitimate, sellable products, not demo samples that are not intended for resale. This kind of behavior feels misleading and shows a lack of respect for customers. I strongly advise others to inspect their purchases closely and be wary when shopping here. Transparency and honesty should be fundamental, particularly when it comes to high-value items.
