Excellent care and honest treatment

I came to this clinic four years ago for my mother's knee issue. Dr. Sunanda was the one who treated her, and I must say, both he and the staff were incredibly kind. Dr. Sunanda, in particular, was very thoughtful—he even gave me his personal number in case any issues arose with my mother's condition. Thanks to their care, my mother made a full recovery. Since then, we've recommended this clinic to many others, and they've all reported positive experiences after receiving effective treatment. The services are also reasonably priced, so they’re not too costly. If you're thinking about visiting, don’t hesitate—they genuinely care about their patients. They typically require some initial checkups, and based on those results, they will honestly inform you whether your condition is treatable or not. Unlike some other doctors, they won’t offer false hope or mislead you.

Frustrating Service Experience

The customer service here is very disappointing. They don’t follow the channeling number system, nor do they adhere to a first-come, first-served policy. The nurses seem to pick who goes next, and when I inquired about it, they claimed that they had already made bookings. I really don’t understand what’s going on with these people.

Excellent care and support

I had my foam treatment here, and I’m really pleased with the care I received. The staff were friendly and supportive, the doctors maintained a high level of professionalism, and the entire process was managed exceptionally well. Terrible experience at this hospital

The service here was extremely disappointing. I lost my uncle due to their care. I urge you not to trust them. They are not capable of saving lives as doctors should. The treatments at this hospital are genuinely risky. Please take my advice and don't let your loved ones suffer like we did.

Terrible customer service experience

I had to visit the hospital today, but I couldn't get my medical reports because no one would answer the phone. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp for my reports, but I've yet to receive any response or callback. I called all the phone numbers listed, but no one picked up. The customer service is extremely poor, and my reports are already behind schedule. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I'm also worried that there could be errors in the reports. If a manager reads this, please get in touch with me so I can explain the situation further.
