Disastrous Phone Repair Experience
I had a terrible experience after getting my back glass replaced. The technician they employed seemed completely clueless. He kept pushing me to buy a new housing, which I was hesitant about, but I decided to proceed with just the back glass replacement. The installation was a mess; the pictures clearly show how stained it is. They used black glue, which resulted in heat damage to my main camera lens and flashlight! I went back because the camera wouldn't focus, and he had the nerve to blame the issue on the iOS update, claiming the stains would fade eventually. After several visits, I took my phone to BT Global, where a technician friend examined it. He pointed out all the damage, including gum smeared inside and glass shards still present! Now, I have to pay for both a camera replacement and another back glass replacement. I strongly advise against using their services.
