The food was fantastic, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. We mentioned that we were there for a meeting lasting about an hour and a half, enjoyed our food and tea, and settled in. However, after about 45 minutes, a server and then the manager approached us and asked us to vacate our seats, claiming that someone had reserved that area (which we had checked). The staff really needs to improve their manners!

I enjoyed a cappuccino and a wrap, and they were both excellent. The coffee boasted a rich, bold flavor with wonderfully smooth foam, while the wrap was fresh, tasty, and quite filling.

Just to serve croissant and a water bottle took 16 minutes. Very poor service.

It would be helpful if you indicated the weight on your cakes and brownies. For those of us who love a sweet treat but need to monitor our weight, this information is really important. Also, including the size in ML for the frappes would be beneficial.
