Our amazing guide and driver, Chiran, showed us the heart of Sri Lanka. His explanations were thorough, and he spoke German fluently. All the hotels we stayed in were top-notch. I highly recommend booking with HOT!

I highly recommend this company! Our guide, Nimal, was the best driver and guide we could have asked for. Despite the unfamiliar streets and conditions in Germany, we always felt safe. Nimal is knowledgeable and warm-hearted; he answered all our questions and provided detailed, interesting information. If we ever visit Sri Lanka again, we would definitely book with H.O.T. and request Nimal. I'll also recommend them to my friends and family who are interested. The round trip, from North to South, was excellently organized. We appreciated the variety of hotel standards and styles. The Camelot could use some improvements regarding the rooms, but the food, location, and staff were great. We particularly enjoyed Amaya Lake Dambulla for its stunning setting, the Thinnay in Jaffna as a unique hotel, and Kalu's Hideaway, which was a wonderful surprise with friendly service and amazing food. Uppuveli Beach offered a beautiful hotel with warm and caring staff who went above and beyond for a perfect birthday surprise. We were fortunate with our room at Alakamanda, despite mixed reviews. Hotel Topas in Kandy was fine, but we preferred the location of Oak Ray Heritage and would have loved to explore downtown. Spending two nights in Kandy would have been ideal. Mount Hunt Resort was another peaceful and positive experience! At Villas Wadduwa, we were lucky to get an upgrade to a small villa, which was a nice place to stay. However, we would have liked the option to spend our last four beach days closer to the southern beaches near Mirissa or Galle to experience that beautiful area. It felt like the South was somewhat overlooked in this itinerary. This review is meant to help others and reflects how well the company is doing. We were completely satisfied with our trip to beautiful Sri Lanka! Best wishes to all the staff and the company from Anna & Katie.

At the airport, our guide Maik greeted us with a warm welcome, and the tour itself was both engaging and diverse. Maik ensured we were driven safely and efficiently between locations. Huge kudos to H.O.T. Touristik for being an extremely dependable company. I highly recommend them.

Our journey through Sri Lanka was amazing! Deepthi served as our tour guide and he was fantastic. Not only was he knowledgeable and accommodating, but he also had a great sense of humor!
