Nightmare Customer Service Experience
I can't stress enough how bad the customer service was at GTV Express Courier. You expect to walk in, ship a package, and ask a couple of questions—something straightforward. Instead, you’re met with total chaos. The manager there is something else. Extremely rude, aggressive, and completely out of control. I tried to ask simple questions about my shipment, questions that any decent courier would handle daily. Instead of providing help, the manager responded with an attitude, raised his voice, and used language that was just unprofessional. It felt like he viewed customers as enemies. It didn’t stop there; the manager’s aggression escalated to the point where it honestly seemed like he wanted to fight me for merely asking questions. Just think about that—you go to send a package, and the person in charge acts ready to throw punches. This isn’t customer service; it’s a total collapse of professionalism. And the ego? Enormous. Possibly the largest in the area. He behaves as if he’s in charge of some global enterprise, when he’s really just supposed to assist customers with shipping. There’s no accountability or professionalism, just arrogance and hostility. Let’s be real: situations like this don’t occur by chance. When a company hires managers who act this way, it reflects a significant failure at the top. Clearly, upper management lacks standards for professionalism and customer service, as no legitimate business would let someone so unprofessional represent them. This experience was not only embarrassing for the company but also completely unacceptable for customers. Until GTV Express addresses its leadership issues and replaces managers who treat people with respect instead of hostility, customers would be better off taking their business elsewhere.
