Disappointing iPhone Purchase Experience
I recently bought an Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max from Gnext, and I have to say, I'm extremely let down by the entire experience. Right from the start, I’ve been unable to make any calls with the phone. For a shiny new premium device, this is just not acceptable. What adds to my frustration is the inadequate support from Gnext. Instead of offering a clear solution, a replacement, or proper technical help, they have dealt with the situation very unprofessionally. As a customer, I expected much more, especially after spending a considerable amount of money. I'm truly disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. I cannot recommend this place unless they significantly enhance their customer support and take accountability.
