The organization is poorly managed. They refuse to courier a document valued at Rs. 3000 because it is deemed a valuable item, yet they will send bulky goods worth Rs. 2/3 Lakhs without issue. It's truly ridiculous.

I'm quite let down by the courier service we've been using for our business. Orders are consistently late, and parcels frequently sit with riders or at branches for days, leading to customers returning their orders. To make matters worse, the cash settlement process is poorly managed. Typically, COD payments should be settled bi-monthly, but it seems they deliberately hold onto parcels from the start of the month, delivering only a handful around the settlement dates. For instance, when we send out 10 parcels, only about 5 are delivered by the 15th, right when payments are due. This causes our payments to be postponed until the next settlement cycle. It genuinely feels quite unfair and unprofessional. Additionally, many of the riders appear careless and indifferent. A lot of them seem to be working part-time, showing little regard for whether the customer actually receives their parcel. Overall, this has been one of the most disappointing courier experiences we've encountered for our business. 🙂🙁

I've never encountered such an ineffective and useless courier service before. They consistently fail to deliver on time, their customer support is awful, and they don't respond to calls. None of their locations seem to be any better. Last month, my parcel was stuck for 14 days. This month, they've held onto my parcel for 6 days, and it's already 2 days late. If they can't handle this, they should just close down.

The service here is extremely poor. I ended up spending a lot of money to receive my package. Sellers, please avoid doing business with this awful company. There are far better courier options available.
