Disappointing Quality for High Prices

I recently invested over LKR 50,000 at Ekko Clothing, lured by the brand's reputation as a premium linen store. My expectation was straightforward: to receive high-quality garments that would last, reflecting their price point. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After just a few weeks and one gentle wash—following all care guidelines—the condition of the clothing is simply unacceptable. The attached photos clearly illustrate that seams are starting to fail and threads are coming undone, making the garments appear worn and of poor quality. Seeing such deterioration after one wash is not something you expect from low-cost fast fashion, let alone from a brand that charges premium prices. I wouldn't mind paying a high price if the clothing lived up to the exceptional durability that Ekko promotes. However, charging a premium for what seems like cheap, sub-par manufacturing is completely unjustifiable. This lack of quality control greatly undermines the value proposition of Ekko Clothing. I bought these items expecting long-term use, but they're already in poor condition. I genuinely hope management addresses this serious quality issue soon. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this brand and will not shop here again.
