Fantastic experience for a group

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was impressively quick, even for our group of 14. The food, especially the sandwiches and pain au chocolat, was excellent. We even received some complimentary dessert tasters. I really loved this place!

Outstanding pizza and focaccia!

Incredible! It's been ages since we've enjoyed pizza and focaccia this tasty. We really can't figure out why this place was so empty during lunchtime! Totally delicious!!!

Mixed Experience with Good Follow-Up

Our visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. We arrived at 8:15 a.m., even though they claim to open at 8:00, and were not greeted at all. We had to inquire if they were open since it didn’t seem like it. They confirmed they were. After placing our order, we specifically asked about croissants, and the staff member assured us they had them. However, after a while, he returned to inform us they were out of stock. I really don’t understand why it’s so hard to give a straightforward answer about something simple like whether they have croissants. It felt like a total waste of our time. UPDATE: Following my review, the owner reached out to apologize for the experience we had. He acknowledged the issues we faced and was professional and respectful during our chat. He generously offered us a complimentary croissant for our next visit, which I appreciate. Importantly, he never asked me to change or take down my review; he just wanted to apologize and understand what went wrong. While my experience that day remains as I initially described, I think it’s fair to recognize when a business takes accountability and treats its customers well. Therefore, I maintain my original comments about what happened, but I also want to commend the owner’s response afterward, which was exemplary. I would definitely consider returning to give them another shot to see if the service improves. Everyone can have an off day; it’s how a business reacts to customer feedback that really counts, and in this instance, I believe the follow-up was handled exceptionally well.
