    Disappointing Experience at the Beach

    Something feels off about this place. The atmosphere is strange, and the staff managing the beach chairs seem more focused on getting you in and out by 4 PM to accommodate new guests. I was staying at the Ocean Moon Resort, which offered a 15% discount on food and drinks, but when I received my full-price bill, the staff was almost rude when I mentioned I was a guest there. It felt like I had broken some bad news to them. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would recommend steering clear of this place! Instead, try the Indian restaurant next door or the beach bar nearby that serves fresh seafood and has live music until late.

    Disappointing Experience at Brizo Beach

    I felt compelled to share my experience, hoping to spare others from disappointment. At Mirissa Beach, you can use a sunbed at nearly any cafe if you order something. The staff at Brizo are friendly and polite, but don't let that deceive you—proceed with caution. If you plan on having lunch or a meal at Brizo, make sure to eat on the beach, on a sunbed! Otherwise, you might find your belongings tossed from your sunbed. The food lacked flavor: the French fries were served cold and resembled dried chips. Additionally, at 4 PM, when the gentle afternoon sun appears, everyone is politely asked to vacate the sunbeds so the restaurant can set up tables for dinner. This is great for their business, but it’s quite inconvenient and unpleasant for those on vacation. In conclusion, if you want to keep your spirits up, think carefully about where to spend your time on the beach.

    Delicious Tacos and Great Beer

    The food here is simply incredible! I highly recommend trying both the Crispy Calamari Tacos and the Crispy Prawns Tacos. Each order comes with three tacos that are truly delicious. I enjoyed a Lion Beer while my wife had a Lion Ice.

    Delightful meal with a stunning view

    The food was excellent, the atmosphere delightful, and the view was simply breathtaking... We had a fantastic time enjoying our meal... Every staff member was friendly and incredibly accommodating. Thank you for everything!

    Great service with prawns issue

    We ordered 10 tiger prawns, but 4 were on the smaller side. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he promptly replaced them with 4 larger ones. He apologized and explained that they had run out of the larger prawns, which is why the small ones were served initially.

    Cozy spot with great service

    Our time at Brizo Mirissa was delightful. We were greeted with warmth, enjoyed impeccably clean rooms, and found the staff to be extremely friendly. The food was tasty as well. They were very understanding when we needed to shorten our stay, making cancellation a breeze. I would certainly come back and recommend this charming place!

    Fantastic seafood experience!

    Absolutely amazing!!! We ordered the complete seafood platter, which included a massive butter fish, sea bass, three crabs, ten jumbo shrimp, and calamari. It was served with garlic bread, fries, and the best salad I’ve ever had!!!! The food was incredibly delicious—an understatement, really. The ambiance was delightful, and the live music added to the experience. The staff were wonderful! You have to check this place out; it’s a true gem. P.S. - It was so good that we returned the next day for lunch and dinner! Yum!!!!

    Exceptional dining at Café Brizzo

    My visit to Café Brizzo was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even with the rain, they made multiple efforts to ensure I had the best seat with a sea view, moving the chairs inside and outside as the weather changed. 😃 I ordered the eggplant with mozzarella and shrimp, and it was truly one of the best meals I've ever had. Everything was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with a lot of care. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

    Great evening vibe but slow pizza service

    The nighttime atmosphere is really enjoyable here. Both tourists and locals were relishing good food, drinks, and fresh fish BBQ, which contributed to a lively and vibrant scene. The platters and grilled items were visually appealing. That said, we opted for pizza, and it took quite a while to arrive. In summary, the place has a fantastic vibe, especially in the evenings, but they could work on reducing the wait time for orders. Other dishes were being prepared much more quickly.
