I've never encountered such incompetent service in my life. I sent a small package from Nugegoda to Negombo on Monday, and by Saturday, it still hadn't been delivered. There were no holidays in between. No one picks up the phone, and when I called the hotline, they provided several numbers for managers, but none of them answered either. I would never recommend their service to anyone!

I was expecting a package today, and according to the SMS I received from Domex, it was supposed to arrive at my home. However, nothing showed up, and there was no notification about the delay. I'm really hoping it arrives tomorrow, but in the future, please let the recipient know if there’s going to be a delay with their package. Fix this issue, and perhaps I can update my review next time.

I had a really bad experience. This is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. I had to go to the Domex Negombo store to pick up my parcel. They say they make calls, but I didn't receive any. I wouldn't recommend using this courier service at all.

The staff at this branch are quite arrogant. I sent a parcel on Thursday, and they told me it would be delivered either on Friday or Saturday. Now it's Monday, and the parcel still hasn't arrived. I called both the Negombo and Dambulla branches, but no one can explain why my package is delayed. They provided a tracking number, but it seems pointless since the staff can't track it either. This is utterly unprofessional and irresponsible.

I dealt with constant "rescheduling" of my package for three days in a row. When I reached out to customer service, they advised me to contact the branch manager, but that plan fell through because the provided number was NOT IN USE 🤬. If this service can't meet customer needs and keeps delaying deliveries, it might be time to shut it down, as everyone seems to have negative experiences with it. Absolutely terrible service!!🗑️
