Terrible dental experience

This was the most disappointing dental visit I've ever had. The staff seemed completely unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about my teeth; it felt like all they wanted was my money. I strongly advise against going here, as they clearly lack proper dental knowledge.

Overpriced and Incomplete Service

My wife and I visited this place for a cleaning procedure and were charged Rs 5000 each, totaling Rs 10000 for both. The regular price is only Rs 3000. To make matters worse, the procedure was not completed properly. I definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Severe dental negligence experience

I experienced EXTREME PAIN and my tooth was completely ruined! Dr. Thiwanka performed a nerve filling, but he only filled one of the two nerve ends, sealing the tooth with permanent cement. While I was on a business trip abroad, I suffered from unbearable pain and felt completely helpless. I had to rely on over-the-counter antibiotics and paracetamol to manage the pain and slow down the infection. My lower right jaw was swollen and filled with pus for weeks. When I returned to Sri Lanka, I consulted him again. After taking an x-ray, he admitted, "I accidentally forgot to fill one of two nerves before permanent filling, and it got infected." He prescribed some medication and asked me to return later. I never went back, opting instead to see several other doctors, some of whom refused to take on my case due to its severity. Eventually, I managed to find another doctor who restored my tooth, but I had to pay for that treatment as well. I endured extreme pain and had to take higher doses of antibiotics and paracetamol to cope until I got back to Sri Lanka, all because of Thiwanka's negligence. I sincerely hope he faces consequences for his actions. As patients, we often feel powerless, and it's nearly impossible to escalate these issues to seek justice. AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COST if you want to escape the ordeal I went through!

Disappointing dental experience

Avoid this place. I had the worst experience here. I visited with a toothache, and a female doctor performed a filling but didn't provide any pain relief. The filling cost me 5,000, yet I'm still in pain. I returned around 5:30, but it was already closed even though the sign said it closed at 6pm. It's overpriced and didn't help at all.

Terrible experience with rude staff

I had the worst experience at this place. A lady doctor in a saree performed my tooth extraction, and when I returned for stitch removal, she spoke to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful way. It's unprofessional to treat a patient like that. She showed no concern for my pain and didn't listen to what I was trying to communicate. I will never come back to this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.
