Pros: The sheets are thicker and overall, the place is nice. The room is very clean, and having a balcony is a nice touch. Cons: The floor was quite cold, and there was no heating in the room. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and despite its new appearance, I noticed some mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling.

The owner, Nilantha, displayed unprofessional and adamant behavior. His use of filthy language and extremely poor service was evident. He confirmed a triple room booking with me over the phone but then canceled it because he wanted to give the room to a relative. The level of stupidity shown during the call was astonishing. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, or you might face serious issues unlike any other hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel and room were spotless. Mr. Nilantha, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind, and the staff was consistently attentive. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main road and offers a fantastic view as well. I highly recommend it.

This was the fourth hotel we visited, all of which were 3-4 stars, with a budget around €50-60 per room. While this hotel wasn't the newest, it was certainly the cleanest (and I mean by European standards). The room and bathroom were spacious, the shower had strong hot water, and there was no mold anywhere, which is impressive considering the humidity here is higher than in Sigiriya or Kandy. We were leaving for HP at 6 am and received a nicely prepared lunch box, which included a sandwich, a banana, a cacao drink, and water—simple but just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable! Although the room was cold (no A/C), they provided an extra blanket, and we slept incredibly well. We only stayed for one night, but I would definitely enjoy a longer visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :) And a special thanks to the man who accommodated us for his hospitality :)

We were a group of twelve, and they assured us they had a great BBQ machine. However, they only provided us with a very small cooker that had a metal plate, which was inadequate for our needs and didn’t cook anything well. It felt like the night was wasted. While they did have a proper BBQ machine available, they refused to let us use it. Additionally, the staff member seemed to lack customer service skills. To top it off, they served the leftover food we cooked to other guests for breakfast.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The food was tasty. Prasad, our host, was very kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were taken care of and making us feel completely at home. The room was cozy, providing a nice place to unwind. What really distinguishes this hotel is its outstanding location. Everything was easy to reach, and the area was lovely. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This place should really consider calling itself a guesthouse instead of a hotel. For our 2-night stay, they didn't provide any room cleaning, stating that it was only for stays of 3 nights or more. We had booked 7 rooms, yet we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests.

I had a fantastic experience during my time here. The hospitality was outstanding, and the hotel was very clean and well-kept. Situated on a mountain, it offers breathtaking views over the whole of Nuwara Eliya town—absolutely gorgeous! I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Nilantha, the owner, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. We asked for a late check-out, and he waived any extra charge, which we really appreciated. The staff, Mr. Theodore and his wife, were also exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive during our stay. All in all, this is an ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!
