I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Keerthi Atapattu at the Panadura branch and the Customer Care team who manage the general company number for their excellent service. I had an urgent parcel issue, and their prompt response made a significant difference.

They confirmed my booking but never picked up my package, causing delays for days, even though I'm in the Colombo district. The customer service is unhelpful and seems completely unaware of what's going on.

I used a pick me service to send a parcel to Kerala, but it was given to City Pack for delivery. Unfortunately, my parcel was incorrectly sent to Matara instead of the intended destination.

I received exceptional customer service! I let them know that my parcel was urgent, and although it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, they quickly arranged for a rider and got it to me the same day. Their support team was very helpful and quick to respond. They even picked up the parcel from my home, which made things super convenient. Most importantly, they genuinely consider customer requests and do their best to assist. I'm very pleased with their service.
