Exceptional Customer Service Experience
I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Shanika Arsecularatne and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to a personal issue. I called the clinic to inform them, and once again, Mr. Charles was incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful, just like he was when I first set up my appointment. In many places, customers receive great treatment only when there’s something to gain. However, Mr. Charles's handling of my cancellation request made a lasting impression and increased my trust in Christell Skin Clinic. It’s easy for businesses to seem caring on social media, but real customer service shines during moments without any benefit to the business. Mr. Charles demonstrated that the values of kindness, respect, and professionalism at Christell Skin Clinic are about more than just profit. His demeanor made me feel that the entire staff, including the doctors and Dr. Shanika Arsecularatne, genuinely care for their patients. I will definitely make another appointment and hope to visit Christell Skin Clinic soon. Christell Skin Clinic is lucky to have Mr. Charles on their team.
