Despite being asked to arrive early for my appointment, I ended up waiting almost 3 hours because of the hospital's poor management. It felt like a total waste of my time. I can't recommend seeing Dr. Prasad Katulanda here.

Dr. Prasad Katulanda has a persistent issue with being on time. Even though patients arrive punctually and wait patiently, he frequently shows up very late for his channeling appointments at CDEM Hospital, demonstrating a total disregard for the time, commitments, and well-being of his patients. Some individuals end up waiting for hours without any proper explanation or apology. To make matters worse, the staff who accompany him appear to lack any sense of responsibility or appreciation for patients' time. There is a complete absence of effective communication, organization, or concern for those who are left waiting. Patients don’t come for entertainment; they arrive with health concerns, stress, and demanding schedules. Such unprofessional conduct is simply unacceptable in the medical profession. I strongly recommend that others avoid scheduling with this doctor if you care about your time and peace of mind. There are plenty of other doctors who value their patients and operate their practices professionally. This experience was a total waste of time and incredibly frustrating and disappointing! 👎👎

This is one of the worst private hospitals I've encountered, showing little regard for patients. The staff lacks proper respect and coordination. Doctors seem to waste patients' time without any prior notice.

The service at Cdem hospital was extremely poor. Our appointment with Dr. R Cassim was scheduled for 8:24 AM, but we received a message while en route that the doctor had pushed it to 10:00 AM. Now, it’s past 11:10 AM and we are still waiting. This kind of delay is unacceptable; doctors need to manage their time better.
