Why can’t they create better designs? It feels like they just keep using the same design with minor changes. The designs are stuck in a rut! They really need to hire a better designer or learn more about design.

This charming clothing store has a delightful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming, particularly a fair lady with a radiant smile, who offered outstanding service during my visit. It was a lovely experience!

I am quite disappointed with the service from your sales staff. Their demeanor towards customers is very rude and unprofessional. I've been to several of your locations, and sadly, I've faced the same issue on each visit. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. Because of these experiences, I've decided not to return to Baylee, which has completely diminished my interest in shopping there.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was a guy in a hat who was especially helpful. I came in looking for a dress for my girlfriend, and he suggested one that turned out to be just right. My girlfriend loved the dress, which made me even happier. I'm really grateful for the fantastic service and for helping me pick something so special. Thank you!

During my trip to the mall, I accidentally stained my shirt, so I popped into a store. The lady there kindly offered me a dress to wear, which was really comfortable and I absolutely loved it. I truly appreciate her assistance—if I recall correctly, her name was Dew. I'll definitely stop by again when I return to Sri Lanka.
