We had a fantastic 13-day customized trip organized by an excellent agency, complete with a wonderful driver-guide named Santha! We especially loved spending a day with the locals and hiking through the rice paddies and along a stream with Samadhi, as well as climbing to 2000m to see the Lipton statue through the tea plantations. The spontaneous lunches we had on the journey, the unique and comfortable hotels, and the elephant safari where we got to feed baby elephants were all highlights.
