    Avoid this institution at all costs

    This place is truly a disaster, and if I could, I would rate it negatively. I recently signed up for two subjects, and they are the definition of ineptitude. After registering for their online classes, I had to call and message multiple times just to get the links for the recorded sessions. They never answered their main phone line or responded on WhatsApp. The only time I had any decent communication was when they were following up about fees. Once I paid, it was crickets. To make matters worse, they scheduled both of my classes for the same day and time, which clearly contradicts their official schedule. I’m still trying to get in touch to resolve this, but no luck so far. Please save your time and money because they clearly lack accountability for their services. When I registered, I had to provide my details three different times over the phone just to confirm my enrollment, despite having filled out their registration form. Only go here if you have time to waste; otherwise, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

    Frustrating Experience at Achievers

    I had a really disappointing experience at Achievers today during my exam. A technical glitch happened right when the exam was supposed to start, but it took me asking multiple times to find out what was going on. This added unnecessary stress just before an important test. When I inquired if the delay would cut into my exam time, the staff brushed off my concerns rather than addressing them properly. For a center that conducts professional certifications, there needs to be a clear protocol for dealing with technical issues and communicating with candidates. Sadly, the staff's attitude was unprofessional, and the customer service was lacking. I really hope management works on improving their procedures for handling incidents and providing better staff training.
