We enjoyed two fantastic dives with this welcoming, local dive center. Our guide, Jude, along with the rest of the team, was both friendly and highly skilled.

I had a great diving trip with SeaWorld! The dive school was pleasant, and the instructors were very friendly. While the underwater scenery in Sri Lanka may not compare to places like Egypt or Thailand, it was still enjoyable to explore the waters around Sri Lanka.

An amazing diving experience! We went on two dives: one to Middle Reef and another to Navy Island. We encountered a variety of fish and even explored a cave! I highly recommend it! The staff were really friendly as well :)

I took a boat ride here, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable travel experiences I've had in Sri Lanka. It was incredibly enjoyable and felt very secure. I was treated to fantastic views of the Thirukoneswaram Temple, Ravana's Cut, and Trincomalee beach.

My girlfriend and I dove with Jude Rocksan at Sea World Diving Center, both being Divemasters eager to explore Trinco. Unfortunately, the experience was lacking. Key information, like the lost buddy procedure (visibility around 8m), was not covered in the briefing. The gear was subpar; while the backboards were fine, there weren’t enough sizes (smallest was S). The masks were decent, but the fins were in bad shape. Additionally, only two dive computers were available for the whole center, and the regulators had faulty depth gauges and a broken compass. When I requested a regulator with a larger mouthpiece, I was told no. The owner failed to give us proper equipment advice. Before we boarded the boat, I asked the instructor about soap since I was using a borrowed mask and find fogging a hassle. He assured me it was on the boat, but upon reaching the dive site, we discovered it had been forgotten. I struggled with visibility on my right side during the dive and felt we started the first dive at Swami Rock incorrectly, descending to 30 meters at the end, which left us with minimal no-decompression time. The instructor even used a smaller tank and ran out of air, needing to join us for the last few minutes, including the safety stop. After insisting on soap for our second dive, we had a short surface interval before heading to Middle Reef. We dove at 18-20 meters for 25 minutes before alerting our guide about our dwindling no-deco time. The site was only about 13-15 meters deep, and we spent another 20 minutes at around 10 meters without much to see while our guide went deeper. Later, we learned his dive computer wasn’t tracking no-decompression time, so our second dive was cut short. We paid for two dives but barely got one. Overall, we won't dive here again due to the unprofessional and risky nature of the operation. The price was 20,000 LKR for two dives per person, which seemed fair. On a positive note, the underwater life was impressive, with many stingrays, interesting nudibranchs, and a large triggerfish. I also received multiple WhatsApp calls asking me to delete this review, but I refuse to do so.
