I've been attending for about a month and I really feel like I've improved a lot. As a complete beginner, I've felt incredibly welcomed. The focus on detail and the feedback I receive are invaluable, especially when I'm struggling with my form. All the instructors have been fantastic!

It was my first visit, and I was really impressed by Eden as an instructor. She made it a point to ask each person entering if they needed any modifications, which created a warm atmosphere. Before the class began, she took the time to sit down with me, demonstrated how to use the jumpboard correctly, let me practice alongside her, and ensured I wouldn’t injure my legs later on. The workout was both challenging and enjoyable. The music playlist included rap, pop, and Spanish tracks, which kept the energy high throughout the session. During the class, she consistently provided modifications, checked in with everyone, corrected our form, and made certain we felt secure and supported. I felt encouraged yet cared for during the session. I would absolutely take her class again!

My first class was quite uncomfortable. As a new client, I received no initial guidance and ended up in an open reformer session. The instructor called me out in front of everyone, which I found really embarrassing. Throughout the class, I was pointed out several times with remarks that questioned whether the workout was too challenging for me. While I appreciate the intention to support newcomers, this felt excessively public. Overall, the experience was more isolating than encouraging. I'm really disappointed, especially since I bought a two-class intro pack, and now I'm uncertain about returning.
