Great motivation and new challenges!
After sticking to flow 1 for a couple of years, I decided to challenge myself with level 1.5. Bonnie encouraged me, saying, "You can do it!" I occasionally need modifications, but I'm definitely feeling different muscles being engaged and I'm getting stronger. Today, I attempted a 1.5 CP control balance class with Bonnie, which was fantastic since it really focused on balance. It was a fresh challenge. I always leave feeling fantastic, with a spring in my step!
