Weekly Essential Pilates Experience

Nufloe has truly become a staple in my weekly routine, and I highly recommend it. The instructors, Naamini, Rowena, and Shavi, are fantastic. Their meticulous attention to detail, calming demeanor, and the way they encourage you just enough to grow stronger each session make for an uplifting experience. I find the Pilates chair to be especially underrated. It presents a challenge in the best way possible, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every session here!

Fantastic Workout Experience in Colombo

During my last day in Colombo, I stumbled upon Nufloe while searching for a workout, and it turned out to be a highlight of my trip. - Easy Booking: Reservations were a breeze through WhatsApp. - Friendly Staff: The team was very welcoming, and the instructor communicated clearly and was quite patient. - Nice Facilities: The studio was tidy, clean, and even had a shower, which was ideal for freshening up before my flight. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
