The place is quiet and has a beautiful view. I ordered a mocha and it was good.

Mixed experience with food and service
The pizza is incredible, but the burgers are just okay and quite dry. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, as it took nearly an hour for our order to arrive. It seems they are understaffed, and the employees appeared overworked, which likely contributed to their groggy and irritated demeanor, resulting in subpar customer service.

Quick service and great views
I’m not sure what other reviewers are saying, but my food arrived in just 15 minutes and it was delicious! It’s a pleasant spot to unwind with a beautiful view of Kandy town. The atmosphere is lovely, and it's a quiet café that can accommodate about 5 cars in its parking area. Being right next to the hotel lobby means there are clean restrooms available as well. They also offer charging points and WiFi.

Great views, but some drawbacks
Trees Coffee offers a lovely setting with stunning views of Kandy! The decor is thoughtfully designed, creating a chic and inviting space to relax. It's an ideal location for digital nomads or students since there are numerous power outlets available for plugging in laptops and getting some work done. That said, there are a few aspects that could use some attention: Hygiene: The sofas were somewhat stained and definitely need a thorough cleaning to align with the appealing interior. Facilities: During my visit, both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were lacking, which made it challenging to stay comfortable or work effectively. Menu Selection: The drink options are rather basic. They offer standard choices like coke, coffee, and tea, but there's a noticeable absence of frappuccinos, trendy beverages, or beers. Closing Time: Just a note that they shut down at 7:00 PM, making it more suitable for daytime visits. In summary, visit for the view and workspace, but be aware of the limited menu and early closing hours!
