Pleasant stay with room service issues

I had a pretty nice holiday stay, and the location was peaceful and enjoyable. However, I found the room service to be somewhat lacking, as many of the items in the bathroom were empty. On a positive note, the food and restaurant staff were great and very friendly. I hope they can enhance their service in the future.

Great stay with friendly staff

Great food and view, staff issues

All in all, the hotel was quite nice. The food was fantastic, and the beach offered a stunning view. On the downside, there were moments when the staff came off as a bit rude. I was also disappointed that we couldn't use a beach ball in the pool. Nevertheless, it was still a pleasant place to stay.

Disappointing Buffet Experience

I recently visited and checked in on a Facebook basis. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that none of the meals were served buffet-style. I understand this might have been because of low occupancy, but it would have been considerate for them to provide a heads-up about this possibility.
