After checking in, we waited an hour before inquiring about canceling our second night. The manager was accommodating and issued a refund for that night, which we appreciated for being so kind and understanding. However, I don't think this hotel truly deserves a 4-star rating.

Great location, but it doesn't quite feel like a four-star hotel. The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Flies were a nuisance both inside and outside the restaurant, where we noticed that there were no fans or air conditioning running. On the bright side, the staff were friendly. The rooms were just average, and we encountered a lot of bugs around the premises.
