Our time at Serene Kandy was fantastic. The pool was well-maintained and offered a calming atmosphere, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the rates were quite fair. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. All in all, it was an ideal experience. Highly recommend!

Perched on a hill with stunning views of Kandy lake, this place is just a 5-10 minute walk to the lake. The room is clean and spacious, but the gym could use some improvements, as it only has two treadmills and limited weights (1-2kg).

Serene Kandy is a nice hotel featuring cozy rooms and welcoming staff. The beds were comfy, and aside from a sporadic beeping sound from the corridor, we had a good night's sleep. We also found some blankets in the wardrobe that came in handy.
