    Charming riverside hotel experience

    My wife and I enjoyed a lovely two-night stay at this delightful hotel from September 3rd to 5th. We were in Sri Lanka from India as part of a group tour arranged by Veena World. The hotel has such a charming atmosphere, and relaxing by the riverside was truly a fantastic experience.

    Long Check-In Process

    We spent three nights here, and overall, it wasn't the best experience for us. Despite arriving after 2:00 PM, the check-in process took 75 minutes. We were told to wait for 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes, and ultimately, I had to follow up again before we finally received our room.
