Our time at Ceyloni Panorama resort was quite enjoyable. Initially, we were a bit hesitant after seeing some negative reviews online, but we found the rooms and bathrooms to be both clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. We had personalized dinner and breakfast, and the manager along with the staff were very accommodating. All in all, it was a very good experience.

We enjoyed our stay and felt the property offered good value for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the meals were top-notch—clean, tasty, and well-prepared. The panoramic view from the hotel was stunning and certainly enhanced our experience, making it memorable overall. However, there are a few aspects that could use some enhancement. The double deluxe room seemed a bit small, and we found the door somewhat tricky to manage. The staircases are quite narrow, which posed challenges when navigating with a baby stroller since there's no lift available. Furthermore, the restaurant lacks feeding chairs, and in-room dining isn't an option. Despite these minor setbacks, the breathtaking views, warm service, and quality dining made our stay enjoyable. With a few adjustments, this place could be even more family-friendly, particularly for those with young kids.

We spent a couple of days here and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was quite substantial, featuring bread, eggs, sausages, yogurt, and a fruit plate, along with coffee and fruit juice. For dinner, we had rice and curry, which was incredibly delicious! The staff were very professional and helpful! I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant, and they called me immediately to let me know—thank you! Overall, it's an amazing hotel with stunning views of the mountains, river, and a lovely Buddha statue. The place is very clean, offers excellent service, and the food is tasty. It's situated in the mountains, but you can easily walk or take a short tuk-tuk ride to Kandy city and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Highly recommended.

This hotel sits atop a hill with a stunning view of Kandy town. From my room's balcony, I can see the impressive giant Buddha statue, which is a sight to behold! While the amenities are quite basic, the room itself is both comfortable and clean.

This is one of the best rooms I've stayed in, featuring beautiful views. While a telephone is provided, it’s difficult to contact reception or housekeeping due to the absence of an intercom number. Considering the resort’s hilly setting, having blankets available would be a nice touch. However, the quality of the food is outstanding.
