Disappointing cake for birthday

I had a truly awful experience. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday on May 1st. Although the design was somewhat acceptable, the cake itself was not baked correctly. I requested a 'Ribbon Cake', but it had a strange, off-putting smell. The quality of their service is extremely lacking. Please do your homework before deciding to order a cake from this place. If I could rate them a zero (0), I would. It was absolutely pathetic. Even a basic 'Sponge Cake' would have been a better choice. Don't let their low prices deceive you; the disappointment isn't worth it.
