    Disappointing service experience

    I found the service to be unprofessional and completely inadequate. My wife and I were treated poorly, and I feel the owner is not trustworthy. It took over a year for her to respond to my wife's review, which was frustrating. We intended to share our experience, not hear about her business's current status. Her delayed response indicates a lack of ability to resolve issues and a tendency to disrespect customers. Coming from the hospitality industry and not being from Sri Lanka, I was shocked at how this situation was managed. For international customers like us, I advise caution when dealing with Janice, as there are many other companies that might serve you better.

    Incredible Wedding Experience in Sri Lanka

    Janice, Nilu, and their team organized the BEST wedding I've ever experienced in Sri Lanka for my friends Shab and Chi-an. This wasn't just a one-day event; it was a 6-day celebration with guests from around the world (I'm from Singapore), which required extensive preparation months in advance. Everything went incredibly smoothly, allowing everyone, including the bride and groom and their families, to have a fantastic time! Janice even stepped in to help me tie a sari lehenga when I was struggling—not just once, but twice. Additionally, despite several misplaced phones, the team was quick to assist in locating them. They even created a special “elephant” head tuk-tuk at the request of the bride and groom, which was impressively realistic, with a moving trunk—it was a hit! The hotel partners coordinated seamlessly with the team, making everything run like clockwork. Hats off to Janice and her team for providing such an outstanding experience from a guest's viewpoint—professional, friendly, and fun! 💯💫 (We took LOADS of photos, but posting just one wouldn’t do it justice.)

    Outstanding Event Planning Experience

    On February 22, 2025, I hosted a homecoming celebration for my son Mark and his new wife Annelise, with 200 guests at Paradise Beach, Mount Lavinia Hotel in Sri Lanka. Since I don't live in Sri Lanka year-round, arranging such a large gathering felt overwhelming. I was recommended to Janice, the owner of Kairos. Janice and her team exceeded my expectations. She is incredibly professional, dependable, efficient, and a joy to collaborate with. Janice provided excellent suggestions and truly understood the atmosphere I wanted to create for the event. Her dedicated team worked tirelessly and seamlessly, ensuring the occasion was a huge success for both the 50 foreign guests and our local friends and family. I can't recommend Janice and Kairos enough, and I would definitely enlist their services again. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a stress-free function. My family and I are grateful to Janice and her team for their hard work in making our celebration memorable.
