Disappointing service experience
I found the service to be unprofessional and completely inadequate. My wife and I were treated poorly, and I feel the owner is not trustworthy. It took over a year for her to respond to my wife's review, which was frustrating. We intended to share our experience, not hear about her business's current status. Her delayed response indicates a lack of ability to resolve issues and a tendency to disrespect customers. Coming from the hospitality industry and not being from Sri Lanka, I was shocked at how this situation was managed. For international customers like us, I advise caution when dealing with Janice, as there are many other companies that might serve you better.
