Exceptional Event Planning Experience

I want to start by saying they really came through for me. I had already booked another venue for my homecoming event, but just two days before my wedding, they messed everything up. I spent the whole day scrolling through options and stumbled upon them. Initially, I thought, "Oh, Lassana Flora seems pricier than the rest," but honestly, their rates are fair compared to others. If I had known about them sooner, I would have entrusted them with my entire event. I ordered a German marquee, which looked incredibly elegant and luxurious. Thank you, Lassana Flora Events, for making my day so much better.

Incredible Wedding Setup Experience

I can't thank the fantastic team at Lassana Flora enough! 🌸 Shanilka, the floral arrangement was just stunning. You grasped my vision perfectly and transformed my ideas into a beautiful reality. The flowers were fresh, the colors vibrant, and the entire setup felt like a fairy tale. I'm thrilled I chose you for my wedding. Kavindya, I appreciate how beautifully you coordinated the entire setup. The tables, chairs, and everything else were organized so well. You captured my vision and arranged everything flawlessly. I’m really glad I picked you, and I’m grateful for how lovely and special you made my wedding look. Savani, your work on the bouquet was just beautiful. You went above and beyond to create it exactly how I wanted, and somehow, you even nailed the boutonnieres at the last minute. Though I didn’t have a wedding planner, you all stepped in and became my planners. The entire setup was gorgeous and meticulously planned, making my dream wedding truly special. ❤️❤️❤️

Disappointing Service After Many Years

I had a very disappointing experience with Lassana Flora after being a loyal customer for years. Previously, I had successfully sent cakes and gifts to Galle from abroad without any problems. However, when I tried to place an order for my mother’s birthday, they unexpectedly informed me that they couldn’t deliver to Galle due to 'operational and logistics limitations.' To make matters worse, their website states that customers can reach out for 'special delivery arrangements' if their city isn’t listed. My brother attempted to call the number provided, but they didn’t answer and refused to assist or offer any solutions. The communication was frustrating, inconsistent, and honestly disappointing. If there have been changes to the delivery areas, customers should be properly informed instead of wasting their time during the ordering process. After years of supporting this company, this experience has completely altered my view of their service. Regrettably, I cannot recommend them to anyone!
