Low Class Thug Security Services

Had My Brothers Wedding On The 9th Of August 2026. As We Were Entering The Premises The Groom Car Was Parked Near The Exit Gate. And Had Ample Space For Even A Container To Pass Through Yet This Gentleman Salleh From The Security Services Was Talking Rubish Being Forceful And Arrogant In His Way Of Talking. I Talked Him Down Politely & Calmed The Situation. The Second & Major Incident Was When My Father After Dinner Services Was Having A Cigeret In The Lawn. One Security Person Was Arguing With Him And My Father Told Him He Has Issues With His Knees So That Is Why He Is Having A Smoke. Again I Spoke To The Security Person And Sorted The Situation. Then I Had A Long Proffessional Chat & Explaination With The Security Team. As We Were Into The Convosation. This Security Person Said & I Quote "Pottaya Cigerette Eka Car Eke Dalada Danne Naha" That Is When I Lost My Calmness & Cool And Had A Fierce Argument. The Treats By Your Security Team Was Ignored By Me. Please Do Advice Train Your Relavant Staff To Do Customer Service With A Heart Of Gold. We As Guest Deserve Every Inch Of Respect High Quality Service & A Friendly Attmosphere. I Will Never Recomend Any Of My Peres To Do Events At Such Low Classed Staff Envisioned Places....

Terrible experience at Windsor Castle

This was the worst banquet hall experience I've ever had. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff showed us no respect. We had no choice but to go with Windsor Castle since they refused to return our advance after failing to disclose important information prior to payment. They are essentially scammers—PLEASE AVOID WINDSOR CASTLE as they'll treat everyone the same way.

Disappointing Experience at Windsor Castle

Don't be misled by the beautiful appearance of the hall or the initial pleasantness. The customer service is genuinely poor. Staff members struggle to communicate properly with patrons, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. What really frustrated me was their lack of transparency. We only learned about the minimum guest requirement after we had already made our deposit. As a result, we ended up paying for more people than actually attended, which felt unfair. Additionally, even though we provided our own catering, they wouldn't return any leftover food to us. Upon checking with the caterers, we discovered that about 15 staff members had consumed the leftovers — food that we had paid for. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t suggest Windsor Castle to anyone.

Spacious venue with room for improvement

I attended an event at this wedding hall recently and found the experience to be around 7.5/10. The hall is quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and features several great spots for photos. An elevator is available, which is helpful for elderly guests since there are multiple floors with high levels. Additionally, the underground parking was a nice touch. While the staff performed their tasks, the hospitality aspect felt a bit unrefined. It appeared that some of the team might be new, as they usually only assisted guests when asked directly. Here are a few areas that could use improvement: - After the buffet opened, the desserts ran out for a period, and no one seemed to notice until guests pointed it out. - The bar area was situated too close to the storage room, lacking proper separation or coverage, so guests could see inside. - Men's and women's restrooms were located on separate floors. The men's room required guests to leave the hall area and either use the stairs or elevator to go downstairs, whereas the women's restroom was conveniently upstairs near the hall. - The temperature of the hall felt a bit too chilly during the event, and it didn’t seem like anyone was keeping an eye on it or making adjustments. Despite these issues, the venue has great potential given its beautiful appearance and overall good facilities. I hope the management takes these comments constructively and enhances the guest experience further.
