Disappointing service from Lakshan
I am really let down by Lakshan’s service. Our wedding took place in the first week of March 2022, and we just received the albums today. After the wedding, Lakshan seemed to lack any responsibility towards us. Before the wedding, he promised that the albums would be ready in 3 to 4 months, but afterward, he didn’t answer phone calls or respond to messages. I sent him numerous messages, and he finally replied at the end of November, stating that all albums from 2022 would be delivered before the start of 2023. However, after that, I got no further responses. Since he’s in Dubai now, WhatsApp was our only way to reach him. We even went to his previous office location, but it was closed. Please don't be swayed by his nice words before the wedding. In the end, he delayed our albums and claimed he didn’t have enough money to print them, despite us having made all payments before the wedding. Additionally, the album paper is too thin and not what he showed us prior to the wedding. So, think carefully before choosing this photographer for your special day.
