    Disappointing Delivery Experience

    I placed an order at around 7:30 pm, and the estimated delivery time was 8:12 pm. I waited until 8:50 pm and called the rider, who informed me that the food wasn't ready. I needed the food for a long trip, and this delay has really messed up my plans. This service is unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed.
