Poor service experience
The woman at the counter, presumably the manager, refused to provide onion pieces, which was quite disappointing. I ended up not finishing my meal. This same woman scolded the junior staff for giving out extra plates, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
