    Relaxing Massage Experience

    This is a fantastic spot for a massage. Dr. Lakmali is very professional, communicates well in English, and even took the time to do a consultation beforehand, including checking my blood pressure. The facilities are tidy, and the massage tables are quite comfortable. I enjoyed a massage and shirodhara here, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for complete relaxation. Their prices are excellent for the quality of service provided. You can also purchase Ayurvedic products here at a lower cost than in the city center. Without a doubt, I give it 5 stars and highly endorse it.

    Exceptional Ayurvedic Massage Experience

    I opted for the 90-minute full-body massage priced at 8,000 rps. My husband received a 90-minute hot oil massage focused solely on his back, accompanied by a hot herbal pad. Before the massages, we had a consultation that included advice regarding our doshas. Both massages were expertly executed, incorporating acupressure techniques. We strongly recommend this place, not only for the exceptional massages but also for the opportunity to explore Ayurvedic medicine.

    Exceptional Ayurvedic Experience with Dr. Lakmali

    We can't recommend Dr. Lakmali enough; she truly took great care of us. Our Ayurvedic massages were both fantastic and professional: a 90-minute full-body massage for 8000 LKR and a 30-minute foot massage for 3000 LKR. Before our treatments, we had an initial consultation where she dedicated an hour to both of us to assess our doshas through medical history and pulse/tongue analysis. She provided us with tailored advice on lifestyle and Ayurvedic medicine. From her body analysis, she chose a special herbal oil for each of us for our massages. The whole experience was not only relaxing but also enlightening. If we had more time, we would have happily scheduled additional treatments with her.     Before the massage, the doctor provided a consultation, which enabled her to customize the treatment according to my constitution and diagnosis. Additionally, I was given the right medicine. I'm quite impressed with this skilled Ayurveda practice as they genuinely aim to facilitate the healing process.

    Exceptional Ayurvedic Care and Relaxation

    I was able to get a last-minute appointment with Dr. Lakmalii yesterday afternoon. She provided a thorough diagnosis, clearly explaining how my symptoms relate to the doshas. I received advice on home treatments and Ayurvedic medications. Additionally, I enjoyed a one-hour full-body massage, and she pinpointed all the areas of tension perfectly. It was incredibly calming! Dr. Lakmalii is not only skilled but also very compassionate.
