My husband and I enjoyed back, neck, and shoulder massages along with foot massages. They were wonderful, firm massages in a soothing atmosphere. The music was beautiful, and the staff were kind. We had a great time!

I had originally planned to visit a different massage place based on Google reviews, but my Uber driver mentioned his sister worked at a massage spot across the street. I've traveled enough to be cautious about those 'my family works here' claims. Still, I checked Google reviews and saw that Green Wave had fantastic ratings, so I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Dulahi, and it was the best I've ever experienced. I didn't even know some areas could be massaged so well. Immediately after my session, I booked another appointment with Dulahi for Friday. Huge thanks to Ranga, our Tuk Tuk driver, for the excellent recommendation. I'm really grateful I listened to his advice.

I really don't get why this massage parlor gets so much praise. Three of us went, and we all found the massages to be pretty average. My therapist was the guy in the photo, and honestly, he lacked any technique or skill. It felt like he was just gliding his hands over me, and since I had requested a deep tissue massage, he tried to apply more pressure without any real understanding of what that involved. Then I noticed he had his phone with him and seemed distracted by it, which started to annoy me. To make matters worse, the person giving me the massage was also the receptionist who greeted us, so I felt stuck and couldn't ask for someone else. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially since the parlor itself looked quite run down.
